| Who Needs Us Help in resolving serious conflicts is available to anyone who needs it, including individuals, couples, families, professionals, and groups and businesses of any size or flavor. We make a distinction between ordinary problems and critical issues. Ordinary problems are those that you can solve within your existing conceptual models and that result from ordinary change. Critical issues are those that cannot be resolved within your existing conceptual models and that result from transitions. (See Glossary.) It is therefore not likely that you would need our help until you have already tried everything else. |
